Active Ageing Health Screening

Good news for residents aged 40 years and above, staying in Ang Mo Kio GRC and Sengkang West SMC! Kebun Baru Active Ageing Committee is organising Health Screening! Please read the following for more information.

Eligibility
- For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 40 years and above
- Staying in Ang Mo Kio GRC and Sengkang West SMC

Pre-Requisite
- Pre-Registration is required and is based on first-come-first-serve
- Please bring NRIC for registration
- 8 Hours of fasting is required

Health Screening Includes:-
1) Height and Weight Measurement
2) Blood Pressure Measurement
3) Blood and Glucose Test
Light refreshment would be provided after screening
